Fidelity Investment- CC-601 Now CC-501CP_SCRIPT_ERROR
Notwithstanding a clean reinstall of software, data validation and reactivation of my 15 Fidelity accounts, I have been unable to download transactions from Fidelity since March 2. I used to get a CC-601 error, but today it became a CC-501 error. This issue really needs the highest level of escalation. HOWEVER, all missing transactions updated for our Fidelity Rewards Visa Signature Card account.

Hello @cliffordsweet,
Thanks for taking the time to share those details.
While I understand it may seem like the issue has changed since the error in Quicken shifted from CC-601 to CC-501, both of those errors are still tied to the same internal issue on the backend (FDP-101). Because of that, the situation you’re experiencing is the same issue that’s currently being tracked in this Community Alert.
Our teams are actively working with the financial institution to resolve this, and any updates will be posted in that Alert thread as they become available.
That said, when I check the connection attempts for your accounts, it appears the most recent connection attempt was successful. Can you confirm whether you’re currently able to connect and download transactions on your end?
Thank you!
