How do I reset an IRA transaction download

When I go to the Online Services tab, my IRA says "set up now". When I set up and it connects, it shows the account is already connected. Click through and then I go back to the Online Services tab, it says Set Up now again. Plus it does not download transactions. How can I fully reset the connection so I can add the account? thx

That sounds like you might have a corrupted Q data file.

SO, have you tried taking a backup and then Validating your file?

Also, which financial institution are your experiencing this with … and are you having problems downloading from any other FI?

I validated the file, it was fine. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is the FI. The strange thing is I have 4 separate accounts, 2 regular brokerage in which I deactivated the txn d/l and those work fine. Then I have an IRA and Roth IRA account I deactivated then deleted the FI on the account services box, hit OK then it just reappears.

When I troubleshoot FI's (Online Services>CTRL+Shift and click Options) and try and delete MSWM, it says that I need to deactivate all accounts attached to this service which is NONE.

I need a force delete or something, thx
