I did the reauthorization but now it wants to add a new account with the same card but a slightly different name and it's saying that the old account will no longer sync.

Thank you for reaching out! To help troubleshoot the issue, please provide more information. When you get to the Add/Link screen in Quicken, does it give you the option to link the account to the existing nickname in Quicken?
If it does not, please provide more details about what is happening when you try to link the account.
