Why can I not connect to my Shell credit card account at Citibank?

I am using Windows. My problem arises when attempting to re-set my account under New Accounts. The process succeeds through the window on the website that says I have successfully authorized Quicken. Then control does not revert to Quicken, and when I go there the message says the attempt failed due to connection issue or timeout.

When I used the virtual agent, it said this is an ongoing issue is for Mac, but not Windows. When I called and talked to a person, he claimed it was an issue for Windows as well. I have been having the issue since last March, so it seems that no-one at Quicken is actually working the problem. Anyone know a workaround?

I can create a tab-delimited text file with the information copied from downloaded pdf statements. Is there any software to convert to Quicken file format?

Click "Alerts …" to the right and search for CITI, there are multiple current issues with them.

And, your "no-one" comment is unsupported and unjustified. These errors also require a Citi fix. Blame them.
