in Questions about using the Community?

New to this community (I lived in a "community" in the late sixties and it was Great!) However I just received an alert about an account being VERY overdrawn…I panicked and checked with the bank and, thankfully, the "alert" was grossly mistaken. Also I found a transaction in 2025 which should have been in 2024, what have I done wrong??
