My program has gone kooky too. Multiple downloads of the same trxs and can not get it to balance after years of being on the penny. It even mixed accounts together. I am at a loss of what to do.

When did you first notice these issues?
- Did they all start at the same time? If not, then when did each issue start?
Are you seeing duplicate transactions download from the financial institution?
- If you are, then which financial institution(s) is this happening with?
- If you are not, then please clarify what is happening.
Are you seeing any duplicate reminders?
- If so, please provide more details.
How are accounts being mixed together?
- For example, are transactions downloading into wrong accounts?
- Which financial institutions is this happening with?
