Cannot get accounts to balance

    My program has gone kooky too. Multiple downloads of the same trxs and can not get it to balance after years of being on the penny. It even mixed accounts together. I am at a loss of what to do.

    • When did you first notice these issues?
      • Did they all start at the same time? If not, then when did each issue start?
    • Are you seeing duplicate transactions download from the financial institution?
      • If you are, then which financial institution(s) is this happening with?
      • If you are not, then please clarify what is happening.
    • Are you seeing any duplicate reminders?
      • If so, please provide more details.
    • How are accounts being mixed together?
      • For example, are transactions downloading into wrong accounts?
      • Which financial institutions is this happening with?
