New UI to Reclassify Distributions (Return of Capital)
Throughout the year all dividend distributions are categorized as dividends. It is not until you receive your 1099-DIV you get an accurate breakout of how much of the distribution was regular dividends vs. return of capital. This requires a long, tedious, error-prone process of going back to all the distribution transactions for a symbol and updating the dividend amount and adding a new Return of capital transaction. Asking for a new UI/Interface to make this easier where for a particular symbol/year you get a table of each distribution date with 2 columns to enter Dividend portion and ROC portion:
For SYMBOL XYZ in Tax year 2025:

When you finish and submit this, it would update/create all the underlying transactions
