A bug in Bills & Income

I noted a bug in Bills & Income.

If I register a recurring transfer between my banking account and a savings goal, everything goes well, but if I "edit this instance" for the next transfer only and I change the date for this next transfer, Quicken will change the date and will also change the savings goal for the same banking account, which does not make sense. The only way to correct this error is to enter the transaction and then change the category for the savings goal in the register.

Any other Q. users having this problem?

    Hello @Valderi,

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. How is the savings goal being changed? You mentioned that you can manually correct it by entering the transaction and editing the category. What is the category before you edit it? When you edit it, are you changing it back to a transfer category?

I look forward to your reply!

I can't answer to transactions with savings goals, because I don't use this feature.

But as far as working with reminders is concerned, I'd rather Enter the reminder with corrected date and amount than using "Edit this instance" … based on other discussions here in the Community, "Edit this instance" appears to be a bit buggy … :-(
