Bills still not updating

This has been going on for months, and I see other threads on this topic, but am hoping for an acceptable update. Very few of my online bills are updating in the Bills section. Oddly enough, if I go into "Manage Online Bills", many of the linked bills actually show the upcoming due date and due amount, but that isn't posting to the Bills menu. When are you going to fix this, Quicken?

    Seeing the same thing with two credit cards (American Express and Chase) that I set up to kick the tires on the new online biller system. Not only does the bill information, which shows up as the OP says, fail to propagate to the Bills and Income tab, the current bill was marked as paid today when I did a bill refresh and now again shows as "awaiting next bill." Of course no transaction was actually recorded in my register.

    • Could you upload a screenshot of what you’re seeing in the Bills menu?
    • Do you recall if the issue started after a system update or a Quicken update?
    • Are you seeing any error messages or codes?

    Hello Carlos,

    This has been going on for months. I was hoping the update last year when the bill connection changed it would fix it but it seems to have gotten worse. You can see in the 3 attached screenshots, in the bills screen several of them are "awaiting next bill" but when you navigate to Manage Online Bills, there are due dates and amounts due visible.

    This is a known issue, and an alert has already been created. I recommend continuing to monitor the alert for updates. As soon as new information becomes available, the alert will be updated.
