I recently upgraded my computer and had a computer tech move my files over. The problem is I am not using a subscription for Quicken. I elected to continue to use the software without Internet access. Sometimes after backing up the program to a jump drive, when I try to reopen the software it won't open unless I use the download link that I have on my desktop from installing the software on the new computer. Can anyone tell me why after so many uses the software defaults to "you don't have a subscription" forcing me to reinstall the software several times. Any suggestions would be appreciated. 🤦♀️
