Allow the bank account used for payment of a credit card to be specified in the account details

When reconciling a credit card account, the last screen includes the popup shown below where the bank account to be used is specified. I want to be able to specify the bank account to be used in the account details screen for the credit card account, also as shown below.

    Why not just record it in that Comments box? You don't/can't make payments from the Account Details box, only from an actual account.

    AND, JHC, you've just given away to the world your card number, expiration and CVV. Why don't you just buy a billboard asking to be robbed?
