I am using the Mac version and this has been occurring every account update for the past month. I have followed the same instruction to deactivate account (1 card account) yet it is failing every time and asking to re-authorize the account. PAUTH_INVALID_TOKEN (FDP-350). It appears that once the account is re-authorized (confirm email from Discover), Quicken is not saving the credential correctly so it does not correlate to what Discover has (or vice versa). There has been so many problems this past year with Quicken account download connection changes, re-authorizing accounts. Not worth the subscription cost that goes up incrementally as $/bugs ratio.

    Hello @QuickT,

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information. You said that you got the email confirmation from Discover. What happens on Discover's website? Does it confirm that you successfully authorized and refer you back to Quicken? If not, what do you see?

What happens in your Quicken file after you authorize with Discover? Are you able to add or link your Discover accounts? If not, what do you see?

I look forward to your response!
