Westerra Credit Union CC-502 Since March 20, 2026

Hello,

The accounts I have setup in Quicken for this credit union have not been working since 3/20. I tried deactivating and reactivating but get the CC-502 error. After entering the user ID and password it will connect and ask me if I want a text message for the verification code. I receive the text and enter the code but Quicken doesn't allow me to complete the setup because of the error. Any suggestions?

    Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. Per our article on CC-502 errors, I recommend contacting Quicken Support directly for assistance. They have tools we can't access on the Community, and they're able to escalate the issue as needed. The Quicken Support phone number can be found through this link here.
