When I do Help→Check Subscription Stautus, I get this:
When I do Help→About Quicken, I get this:
So which is it. Is my subscription expired or not?

Click EDIT, Preferences, "Quicken ID…" and "Sign in as different User" then sign back in with the same credentials.
BTW, I'll ask a Mod the remove the personal info from you graphic.
