Why does my Marcus by Goldman Sachs connection work with some Marcus accounts but not others?

I use an iMac. For the past few months Quicken failed to connect with one of my Marcus accounts, but continues to connect with the others. Marcus by Goldman Sachs is no longer listed as an option to connect it with. Is Quicken working on resolving this issue? The only solution offered is to disconnect and enter updated amounts manually, which I am not inclined to do.

    Thanks for reaching out!

    As explained in the Community Alert Marcus by Goldman Sachs has officially discontinued support for Quicken connections. That is why it was removed from our supported list.

    This means new accounts can no longer be added and activated in Quicken for downloading. They must be added as Offline accounts instead and transactions will need to be entered manually going forward.
