bills & incomes - stuck in awaiting next bill status
I have numerous bills in the "awaiting next bill" status. I deleted and re-entered and still happens. Some of my bills are fine. Is this BUG ever going to get fixed? very frustrating!!!

Thanks for reaching out to the Quicken Community. We are currently receiving multiple reports about this issue.
An alert has been opened, and I recommend monitoring it for updates, as it will be updated as new information becomes available:
For further investigation, please submit your logs and upload a screenshot showing “Awaiting next bill,” so I can add that information to the investigation ticket.
To upload the logs, go to Help > Report a Problem.

I am having the identical problem and have had it for 6 mos. or more. I have followed all the recommendations to remedy. Deleting, reactivating account, Review and Repair, etc. Alas, no luck. This same issue appeared in Sept. '25 under "Received email from Quicken saying I have a bill - Bills and Income still "Awaiting new bill"". That one never appeared to be resolved outside of Quicken summarily closing the issue. I am amazed that Quicken would allow such a problem to linger for that long. The frustrating thing is that when I look in "Bills & Income" under the GEAR incon and click on "Magage Online Billers" all the information is there. It just never makes it to the actual Bills & Income" page.
Please fix or otherwise update what Quicken is and is not capable of.

@Quicken Carlos You or one of your colleagues made the same suggestion months ago. I reported the problem but got no response. I have no idea whether I will be notified if your programmers ever figure out a solution.
This bug is a huge problem for those of us who are trying to manage our cash flow. [Remove-Disruptive]

Thanks for following up. We understand how frustrating this can be.
I checked on ticket CTP-15189, and it is still actively being worked on. At this time, there is no estimated time for resolution.
The issue with billers showing “Awaiting next Bill” is a known issue currently under investigation under this ticket. Since it involves multiple parties, it can take additional time to resolve.
We recommend continuing to monitor the alert for updates. As soon as new information becomes available, the alert will be updated accordingly.
