Downloads not applied correctly

My Citibank downloads are not updating correctly. It will not identify the correct payee. Also, my Schwab accounts do not seem to be reconciling correctly. The quotes do not show properly. This latest update has not been working properly at all. The preposted transactions are in my register and Quicken downloads a separate transaction which I have to delete each time for every account.

- When did you first notice these issues?
- Did they all start at the same time?
- Do you see any error messages/codes?
- How is the payee incorrect with your Citibank accounts?
- Is this affecting all downloaded transactions from Citibank?
- Is it the same wrong Payee for everything?
- Is it the cash balance with Schwab that fails to reconcile correctly?
- How are the quotes incorrect?
- Do all the securities reflect correctly?
- Are there any securities that should be tracked as cash, but show as securities (or vice versa)?
- What preposted transactions are you referring to?
- Are they manual transactions?
- Are they reminders?
