Link to Quicken Retail Purchase Categorization Plugin for Chrome not working

I am using Quicken classic for desktop on Windows. Step 1 for installing the new feature that requires a Chrome plugin gives a link to the Chrome web store but not the actual plugin. Upon searching for the plugin - it is not available in the Chrome web store. I have tried all troubleshooting steps. I am pretty sure it is not my Chrome or other settings. Does anyone know if the plugin is available and if so how to install it?

    Try, for this instance, switching browsers. It's not unusual for my Firefox to not work well with Q updates.
