When will ebillers be fixed?
.
Yeah, me too. I was able to get my CC's (AMEX and USAA) working but no utilities or cell phone (SoCal Gas Co, SoCal Edison, Verizon).
I created manual reminders for them. When I get an email notification when my bill is due with the amount, I edit the reminder to update the amount and due date. Since I run OSU daily, it's not that much extra effort. They are all on autopay through the biller's sites so if I miss one, it will show up on my checking account once it's paid anyway.
Hello @nmestanas,
Thank you for reaching out! Are the billers not listed at all when you try to add them, or are they listed, but you're unable to connect?
I look forward to your response!
Bear in mind, I attempted all of these during the initial change over from the previous provider.
Southern California Edison is not listed
Southern California Gas Company (SoCal Gas Co) is listed. When I fill out the dialog box and try to connect, it says I have an invalid account number. The account number field ask for my 11 digit account AND first 5 digits of zip code. I have tried every combo I could think of with and without zip and can not get past the error.
Originally Verizon was listed, I could complete the form and get "connected" in a pending state Once I run OSU or update bills, it would error out, then say something like my credentials are invalid. I just tried to add Verizon again and only see Verizon Visa Card not cell/internet etc., only the CC.
On a side note, these forms are ridiculously long and an error forces you to complete the entire form again.
I will go back and attempt connecting to SoCal Gas Co and report back. I have to get a bill to get the account number.
Until Quicken and the new service provider they had to migrate to can iron out the wrinkles, Bill Manager is not fully functional. I recommend falling back to a known good process that has been around for decades. Not all of the previously available functions are available at this time. Please consider this alternative:
@Quicken Kristina
I, too, can not get the online biller to work with Southern California Gas for the same reasons as @nmestanas . I've also tried working with Quicken Support. No help.
Spectrum/Charter does not work either despite being listed in the enrollment form.
This situation with this new online biller method has been going on for many months and is unacceptable!
Hello @cyberphile,
Thank you for reaching out. I checked your contacts with Support and can see that the issue you're encountering with Southern California Gas was escalated to the service provider (ticket #12316541).
What issues are you encountering with Spectrum/Charter? Are you seeing any error messages?
Thank you!
Same issues. Just a non-descript "Fix-it" error message.
Thank you for your reply,
Since you mentioned this has been going on for months, is it safe to assume you've already tried following the Fix It steps and already tried doing a Review and Repair?
When I review your contacts with Support, I didn't see Spectrum/Charter mentioned, just the issue with SoCal Gas. Have you contacted Support about this issue?
Yes, you can assume I have tried all those steps (although I don't have those last 2 repair options that you do) over many attempts since Sept 2025. It has never worked for SoCalGas or Charter/Spectrum in my experience.
Yes, I have contacted Support and even spoke to a supervisor for hours on these issues back in Sept 2025.
