Edward Jones downloads

Starting last week, Edward Jones stopped downloading one of my accounts. The other Edward Jones accounts continued to download even though all were under the same user name. In an effort to resolve the issue, I removed and readded the account. This didn't work. I ended up removing all my Edward Jones accounts and re-adding them. The one account still will not download and the balances on the other accounts are inaccurate. I experience this issue whether I choose simple or detailed view.

    To better assist you, could you please provide the following details?

    • Where is your Quicken data file stored? Is it on your local hard drive or a cloud-based/external drive (e.g.: iCloud, DropBox, USB, etc.)?
    • Are you using a VPN while updating your accounts? If so, does disabling it make any difference?
    • Do you have any antivirus or malware protection software running that may be interfering with Quicken? If so, have you tried temporarily disabling it to see if the issue persists?
    • When did this issue first start occurring?
    • Were there any significant changes to your system or software before the issue began (updates, new installations, etc.)?

    Your answers will help us diagnose the issue more effectively.

    I am also experiencing difficulty with Edward Jones.

    Every time I attempted to update the account - which had been working nicely until a week ago - it fails and my EJ account is suspended by EJ. I have had to call EJ and have the account unsuspended three times.

    My broker's office queried the gods at EJ HQ and was told that it was a known problem with Quicken, Turbo Tax, H&R Block etc. Something's gone wrong somewhere. EJ advised me to disconnect the accounts in Quicken which I have done.

    Hi @Quicken Anja I have the same problem. Or similar. I have three accounts connected to Edward Jones. Two are downloading fine and one is erratic. One day it is correct and later that day it isn't. It is off by a fairly standard amount suggesting that there are certain transactions not coming through. It has been happening for a little over a week. I have disconnected and reconnected but it didn't fix the problem.
