Unable to update to 8.5.2 from 8.5.1

Successfully running 8.5.1 on Intel Mac with OS 15.7.4 Sequoia. For the last week, every time I open Quicken, I get prompted to update to 8.5.2. Go through the steps, restart Quicken, log in, and I get prompted "There is a newer version available". Tells me I'm running 8.5.1 and to upgrade. Go through all the same steps and get the same results. This has been going on for a week. Any Ideas?

Worked! Any ideas as to why it wouldn't work earlier?

I'm glad to hear it worked!

In some cases, the in-app updater may successfully install parts of an update but not fully refresh the internal version data Quicken uses to verify the installation. When that happens, Quicken can still display an earlier version (8.5.1) incorrectly.

The manual patch installer works differently. It replaces the full application bundle and resets the associated version information in a single step, ensuring everything is properly aligned, which is why it resolves the repeated update prompt.
