Case # 12258447 was opened in January due to FDP-106 Errors. I have not been able to log in and update this account for months. I just checked and the thread has been closed but I still can not login and update. Does anyone know what is going on with this FI?
2FA has been implemented. I was updating with 2FA before the FDP-106 error started.
I have detached and reattached the account. Folloed all the instructions. Due to that I am currently logged out of the FI.
Will this ever be resolved?
