Downloads seem to have stopped on April 20th. I made sure I authorized Citi to connect to Quicken. I deactivated the account and re-activated the account made sure I authorized Citi to connect to Quicken, still no downloads. I tried a reset and did the authorization thing again, still no downloads. I don't see any issues with Citi posted. If I try a direct download from Citi nothing happens in Quicken. Are there any other steps I can take to start getting downloads. Thank you.
