Express Web Connect problem
I am attempting to setup express web connect with my Hanscom Federal Credit Union accounts from Windows Quicken Classic. I get a message "Have you entered your login information incorrectly?" I have verified that the username and password are correct by logging onto my Hanscom Federal accounts successfully. Help!

Are there any special characters in either your ID or pwd with Hanscom?
Because the connection between Q and the credit union uses HTML based coding, some special characters can adversely impact the connection.
SO, first off, try logging into Hanscom and initiating a one-time download directly from their website and importing that into Q. That should work, but a successful download and import will rule out other issues.
Then, try changing your ID or PWD, as appropriate, to not use these: & < > \ or /
