I've lost confidence in Quicken. I only use it to download data from my Fidelity account. I saw that my 2025 file changed. Quicken add 3 transactions to my cash account. If I question Quicken, I'll get the same story "Quicken only downloads what Fidelity has in the file" After about 20 years, I'm not renewing my subscription.

As you've written it, this post is nothing more than a "drive-by shooting".
You haven't told us anywhere NEAR enough about what you're experiencing such that anyone here could offer any advice.
And, since we're other users, whether you re-subscribe or not is immaterial.

I mentioned this issue in previous postings which I believe you responded.
When you spend 2 hours on the phone with a "Supervisor" when your issue was "Up Graded" and he can't resolve the problem, then I loose all confidence in the Quicken staff.
