After a One Step Update, the Online Balance in Quicken from Bank of America is way off.

When you do TOOLS, Account List … what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" & "Financial Institution" columns next to the account(s)?
When you log into BofA's website, are "Pending Transactions" included in the balance they're showing?
Because the "Online Balance" field at the bottom of your account register is downloaded, not calculated, so it's not clear what amounts you're referencing.

Online balance stated in Quicken didn't align with Bank of America, it was way off.
I decided to restore the previous day backup from the Quicken Cloud (recently subscribed to Quicken Cloud Backup services for a couple of $ a month and it's worth it!).
All fixed now thankfully. Drives me crazy when I'm not balanced to the penny :).
