Late last night I got an e-mail from my bank (RBC) saying "We verified your identity via an alternative authentication option." Obviously I was quite concerned and contacted my bank where they had me reset my online password and locked all my accounts.
When I went to do a OneStop Update this morning it failed (as it had the old password) so I entered ht new password and tried it again - but it again didn't work. Then I received an identical e-mail to the one I got last night from RBC ("We verified your identity via an alternative authentication option") so I assume that something has changed in how the One Stop Update works and it now triggers this e-mail. So one mystery solved :-)
But I cannot seem to access my Password Vault to update the password for RBC. Every time I try to open it Quicken just freezes and I have to End Task to get out of it.
Is anyone else having troubles with accessing the password vault?
