However, since you are seeing the CC-501 Error on your end, the recommended steps are to wait 24 hours and then try again. If the issue still persists after this time period, please contact Quicken Support.
This type of error may require our support agents to review logs in order to identify the issue and fix the problem.

I have no errors with Bank of HAWAII. My error appears using One Step Update with CENTRAL PACIFIC BANK: a totally different and unrelated bank. What do you see for Central Pacific Bank?

When I checked our internal tools, I don't see any connection attempts with Central Pacific Bank. Which connection option are you using?
Is the account already connected in Quicken, or are you trying to add it? When did this issue start? Are you still seeing a CC-501 error? If not, what is happening?

I have been having this problem for months. I think this must be a Hawaii thing. I had the same problem with my other Hawaii bank last year. That got fixed after many months. Now, I have this same problem with another Hawaii bank. It's been going on for months. Time to remember that we are a state?
