Why do I still have to verify my cash balance?

Quicken Windows Subscription Member, Windows Beta Beta
After Done on One Step Update to match entered and downloaded transactions,
I get this verification message and an Entry in the register with no Security.
The indicated balance is always the correct balance.
It only happens with one investment account of several.
There are no placeholders.
How do I stop it?
I would like to raise this again for further discussion and insight.
I resolved all the connection issues and all accounts are under one Express Web Connect+ channel.
The money market fund is treated the same in all accounts.
The Quicken file is validated.
