Cannot see new accounts from my financial institution

Greetings.

I have a financial institution which has 3 account which use Express Web Connect. I can then use this with One Step Update to sync transactions and balances. I now have 2 new accounts at the same financial institution. My problem is when I try to add a new account, I can authenticate to my financial institution but Quicken never finds the 2 new accounts. It finds the 3 existing accounts and and identifies they are already connected to quicken. But I can't get the 2 new accounts setup. Any thoughts? BTW. I called my financial institution and they said contact Quicken.

    Which FI, as it's known in Q?

    And, what type of accounts are these 2 new ones? Not all FI's support all account types in Q … it's ENTIRELY the FI's decision as to what to support.

    They are IRA accounts like the others.
