PNC Direct Connect

Question

Anyone having issues with downloading transactions from PNC with Quicken Classic?  I had issues last year which were resolved.  Then earlier this year (April) it started again and had to rebuild my entire Quicken file from scratch in order to get PNC to update.  Went through service and tried numerous things, but the only way to get PNC to download was from a fresh file.  Today 5/5/26 it does not download bank cleared transactions from previous days.  This is how it started earlier this year.  Do not want to start from scratch again, it took many hours to import all the data back into the new file.

Booyaa!!  Just tried to connect again and found success!  All outstanding transactions downloaded via PNC Direct Connect.  All working on my end.  Hoping this was just a delay in processing due to the weekend.

Here we go again with PNC Direct Connect…  This blasted connection has been riddled with issues over the last year.  I, too, am experiencing the same issue with Quicken suggesting a connection and update has occurred with zero new transactions over my 11 accounts.  I got the green dot on the One Step Update.  However, on the bank website, I'm seeing many cleared transactions.  These are not downloading into Quicken.  My last cleared transaction downloaded on 5/8.  Quicken Support, can you please look into this before things get too out of hand?

Thanks, so I guess it is an issue with the direct connection to Quicken.  I changed to web connect.  It downloaded all the transactions that cleared the bank.  Not sure what is going on with the direct connect, but just hoping that the web connection continues to work.

My Direct Connect connection with PNC has not downloaded all my transactions since Monday—some were downloaded from Monday but not all and non from yesterday. What should I do? Thanks.
