Is anyone having a problem with Harbor Funds rejecting existing passwords during updates? Even rejects changed passwords in Quicken Classic for Windows.
Hello @bhennessey60,
Thanks for chiming in and confirming that this issue is still ongoing for you.
Since you've confirmed that you are in fact still experiencing this, the ticket will remain open, though we do not have an ETA on resolution at this time.
In the meantime, we ask that you please submit a problem report as instructions in my earlier response in this thread so can add your details and files to the ticket. Please let us know once you have done so.
Thank you!
Harbor Funds connection is still not working, is there an update for this issue?
Hello All,
Checking in once more before this thread is closed. If you haven't followed up yet, please let us know if any of you are able to connect successfully connect now or not.
@JSander Thanks for the update and letting us know that the issue has been fixed for you! That's good to hear.
Can others in the thread also please confirm whether or not the issue is resolved or persisting for you all?
My problem seems to have been fixed. I was able to activate online services and download transactions. Thanks to whoever fixed it or to the gremlin that decided move on to someone else.
Hello All, Thank you for taking the time to report this issue! We will be forwarding this issue to the proper channels to have this further investigated. However, we request that you please navigate to Help > Report a problem within your Quicken program and submit a problem report with log files and screenshots attached in order to contribute to the investigation.
It would also aid the investigation to include a sanitized file when submitting the problem report. A sanitized file is a data file that removes personally identifiable information so you can comfortably share this file with the Quicken team.
While you will not receive a response through this submission, these reports will help our teams in further investigating the issue. The more problem reports we receive, the better.
Let us know once that is done, and we apologize for any inconvenience in the meantime! Thank you. (CBT-1128)
Same issue, two separate files. I was able to change password on Harbor site and update in Quicken for one file but the second file would not accept the changed password. I have many accounts in my files and Harbor Funds is the only one having an issue.
Yes. Same problem. I tried deactivating online services and re-activating them but now get an error saying something about communicating with the server. I also get a mysterious request to enter my Harbor password (after I've done so) and there is no place to enter the password. Quicken says it's a problem at Harbor's end; Harbor says they don't see a problem.
