One Step Update Summary Screen does not show results for all accounts

I do a OSU, but the resulting summary screen does not show the results. The transactions do get downloaded

    The One Step Update summary screen is by Financial Institution. So, it's unclear what you are (are not) seeing.

    Are one or more FIs not displayed? But you're still getting transactions downloaded for those FI's?

    If that's not correct, please elaborate.

    If it is correct, when you click TOOLS, Account List, what shows in the "Transaction Download", "Last Download" and "Financial Institution" columns adjacent to those accounts?

    If included a sample summary screen from my file.

    I have a similar issue. Multiple accounts are not listed in OSU Summary though the missing accounts appear to be updating. The post listed below made a recommendation to rename/rebuild runtime.dat which resulted in no change. Displaying the OSU Summary shows some account activity at OSU execution but is blank when displayed later.

    Some AmEx accounts had issues downloading transactions so they were connected as delegate which appears to have resolved the transaction download issues. The updates for the associated AmEx web account are missing from the OSU Summary while other accounts are properly listed.

    Discover accounts are also missing from the summary and these were recently reconnected.

    The missing status information has been ongoing for many months now and appears to be propagating unpredictably.

    Toggling the "Show just the last update" displays a green icon under services updated.
