As mentioned before, my interactions with support over this issue have not been productive, since the issue is sporadic and happens randomly on different accounts. They have my logs again from this last occurrence. I have taken all previously prescribed steps — and there are no validation errors in my file, etc.
I only wished to make you and other users who may still be seeing this aware that it is not fixed.
I hope engineering will receive enough reports to reopen the bug and the alert for it.
So far the only thing I have found that works is restarting Quicken.
