Reports and Graphs does not move to next reports using down arrow

Quicken Classic Deluxe R67.7

The title says it all. You used to be able to display a report, copy and paste it in a spreadsheet, return to Quicken and use Esc to close the report, and then select the next report with a down arrow, and open it with Alt+R. Just doesn't work with new Reports and Graphs. I have to use my mouse to select a new report. A waste of time!
