One (1) Fidelity account not updating correctly

On April 2 I posted

"Good timing, I have been wondering if I needed to do something. Good news, the account with complete tracking has been updating correctly since a few days after my first comment. Bad news, the account with simple tracking has gone bonkers. After the scheduled nightly update the account balance will be at zero or some small amount. I found I could download updates on just that 1 account and the update works fine(correct balance). Then I found I could just rerun the nightly backup (from Toolbar) One Step Update → All Accounts and the problem account would have correct figures. As of this morning that is the situation. Thank you for your efforts."

I just checked back and someone didn't read the bad news part as the discussion was closed. Situation is still as described. Scheduled auto update returns incorrect balance on simple tracking account but when I run the backup manually both accounts have the correct balance.

    Hello @glennwms,

Thank you for letting us know you're seeing this issue. To help troubleshoot, please provide more information:

    • Is the scheduled nightly update an update you scheduled through Tools>Schedule Updates…?
      • If not, then what process do you use for the nightly update?
    • When did you first notice this behavior?
    • Is the scheduled update the only thing that triggers this behavior?
      • If not, what other actions trigger it?
    • Are any other accounts affected by this?
    • Have you restarted your computer since this issue started?

I look forward to your reply!
