Can't create multiple Empower Retirement accounts in Quicken

Hi

My wife and I each have an account at Empower Retirement. I want to add these accounts to Quicken. I successfully added my Empower Retirement account to Quicken. But, when I use the Add Account wizard to add the second Empower Retirement account (my wife's), the wizard does not prompt me to enter credentials, so I can't access my wife's Empower Retirement account during the add account wizard. What can I do to make this work?

Quicken Classic Premier R67.7 27.1.67.7

Thanks

Terry

    Hello @Terry Lemons,

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. The most likely reason you're not being prompted for login credentials is that the website still remembers you from the previous login and doesn't ask again.

To resolve this, you can try setting an alternate browser as your default temporarily, since this should prompt the financial institution to ask you to log in again.

You can also try waiting a couple hours before connecting the other account. Most financial institutions won't keep you perpetually signed in for security reasons, so the session should time out.

Another possibility is to navigate to the financial institution website directly and log in, then back out again. That should force it to see that you're now logged out.

    I hope this helps!
