Fidelity Download of Foreign Stock Taxes and ADR fees not categorized properly

The download of foreign stock tax payments and ADR fees are being classified as a "Payment" Type and therefore not able to be associated with any stock. These should be downloaded as "Miscellaneous Expense" and then it can be associated with a particular security and categorized (such as Other Taxes or ADR fees). Fidelity shows these fees labeled correctly within their account activity and I assume that this data is being passed in the Quicken download.

Is this something that should be included in the 05/06/26 list of Fidelity updates?
