I have just converted from Quicken Classic for Windows to a Mac M4 Air. I would like to set the automatic backup on exit to save my backups on my OneDrive rather than the Mac's HD. How do I do so? Thanks.
Yes, you can do this. In Quicken, click menu File > Backup Settings then click the Backup Folder… button. You should see One Drive in in the left sidebar of the file dialog in the Locations group near the bottom. After clicking that, select the folder you previously created in One Drive to store your Quicken backups.
Hello @AlexQQQQ,
Thank you for posing this question.
Once you get OneDrive set up on your Mac, you can change your backup preferences in Quicken.
Automatic backup is enabled by default and saves a copy every time the application is closed, retaining the five newest files. To manage automatic backups, go to File → Backup Settings.
From Settings, you can do the following:
Close the Quicken Settings window to save your changes.
