I have seen a similar post to this but here is my submission. The Capital Group update to my American Funds in Quicken stopped working. I first tried a reset, which actually froze the entire Quicken software. I had to shut it down hard through Task Manager. Then I got back in and tried to deactivate and reactivate. This failed as well. I have included screenshots. Not sure what else to do other than wait to hear back from the Quicken folks.
