Tuesday, May 12 is day 2 for Janus Henderson Error Code 16503. I couldn't find anything posted thus far in Quicken Community. What's up?

Updating transactions involves Quicken requesting information from your bank and the bank responding with valid information. The 16503 Error indicates that Quicken did not receive the expected response from the bank.
We do have an Open Alert for this financial institution, and this is most likely related to those ongoing issues. You can bookmark the linked alert to stay updated on progress/changes when they become available.
We do not have an ETA as to when this will be fully resolved, and we apologize for the inconvenience.

The 16503 error has been escalated internally and is now a Known Issue. Our team is investigating and working toward a resolution. We currently do not have an ETA as to when this will be fully resolved.
