For several weeks now I can't download new transactions from SchoolsFirst Credit Union to Quicken. I have tried reconnecting the account several times. It makes the connection fine, but won't download new transactions.

Thank you for letting us know you're encountering this issue. To help troubleshoot, I checked our internal tools, and I'm seeing an Account Not Found error. Are you seeing any error messages/codes on your end?
To troubleshoot, please backup your Quicken file, then deactivate all of your Schools First Credit Union accounts. Please follow these steps from our article on account not found errors:
Refresh your account information
Deactivate all accounts for this financial institution, then force Quicken to "discover" all available accounts:
If the account was closed, deactivate it from future online updates
If the problem persists
Contact Quicken Support for assistance. Your financial institution cannot resolve this issue.
