I first reported this problem in Nov. 2025 and it STILL isn't fixed.
I even set up a new Quicken file with no accounts in it and tried to add the Fidelity NetBenefits account as brand new, it still doesn't work.
I can log in fine. I can see and select my accounts. I get the accounts have been authorized successfully message. But when I return to Quicken it says add accounts failed. I have tried multiple times, it doesn't work. See screenshots.
When will these get fixed? It's been 6 months now.
