Using WIndows and Release R67.7 Issue was noticed on 5/8.
One step is not updating from my T. Rowe Brokerage account. It is updating from my sweep account. They use the same password. I have gone into the Brokerage account online using the password that is set up for One Step. I have been trying to do this every day by following the instructions on the screen (by entering no) and still tells me to wait for 24 hrs. and try again.
