Merrill investment downloads appear to be changing the sale price of stocks to include the SEC commission charge instead of using the separate field to show the actual commission. This results in downloaded transactions appearing as Near Matches to what you might have entered. Not a huge deal unless you need to know this information later for a variety of reasons and it just adds some extra work for Quicken users to ensure the downloaded transaction matches up with the correct register entry.
