Duplicate transactions if it was a scheduled transaction when downloaded

When is someone going to address the fact that if you have a scheduled transaction, it gets duplicated in Quicken when it gets downloaded via One Step Update? This is not like it is a small issue, the transactions literally duplicate and do not even update the register, if they are a transfer between accounts in Quicken, they do not even show up in the other account, they are ghost transactions. This has been going on for months and months, and has been brought up multiple times. [Removed - Rant/Edited - Readability]

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I understand how frustrating it is that this issue has been going on for so long. To help our teams investigate the issue, please provide additional information:

• Specific transactions with which this happened.
• Screenshots of those transactions & duplicates as they appear in Quicken.
• Do the Date, Payee, and Amount of the transactions match the reminders?
• Were the reminders already entered into the account register?
  • If they were, how many days before the transactions downloaded were the transactions entered?
• Please send updated log files, and if you're willing, a sanitized data file.
  • You can send logs by navigating to Help>Report a Problem. The log files should be pre-selected.
  • Note: Problem reports allow a maximum of 10 attachments. If you would like to send more than 10 attachments, you can unselect any log files with OLD in the file name, or you can send a second problem report with the additional attachments.
