Hi Quicken,
First off, long time Quicken Deluxe user who knows about the issues with downloading Fidelity Visa Rewards credit card transactions. About a year ago, everything was good when I had the Fidelity Visa using a separate Financial Institution: Elan Financial going through Express Web Connect+ (if I recall). Brokerage/Money Management activity was downloaded from Fidelity and credit card transactions was d/led through Elan.
About a couple months ago, I had fraudulent credit card activity and was told I was going to get a new card with a new number. While waiting for the new card, I also read on this forum that I should now be able to download everything from Fidelity. So I tried to pull the new credit card from Fidelity. It showed up but it doesn't pull any new transactions. Tried a reset. No good.
So I decided to go back to using Elan. After it was setup, I found it was no longer downloading new transactions. The first time resync to pull the account in was fine but from then on, no new transactions were being pulled in.
I've been manually using the QFX download feature to pull in transactions from Elan but it does a weird thing and pulls all news transactions into a new account called "Credit Card at Elan Financial Services". I then have to manually moved all those transactions to my "Fidelity Visa Rewards" account.
I now have 3 Fidelity Credit Card accounts in Quicken. I only want one.

Does anyone have a fix? I don't mind staying with Elan Financial Services but it's no longer downloading transactions automatically.
