Almost a year ago, I lost my connection to TDBank. When I try to connect through account properties → set up online connection, it tries to connect to a different institution, First community Bank, which I've never used before. I have no accounts with them. I've tried my login when it pops up the authorization page in my browser, and it was not accepted.
If I add a new account and choose the correct institution (TD Bank online) it connects through the add account dialog to the right bank, td.com but when I enter my login and click "connect", it tells me "we encountered an error while connecting to your bank".
I haven't kept track of the error messages, but this is what's been happening at least since late 2025. How can this be resolved so that I can automatically download transactions?
