Check pay not working discussion "closed"

Why was the check pay not working discussion closed? Has quicken closed it because they don't want to lose any potential new subscribers? I have spend countless hours trying to fix the bill payment on my end only to find out that it is a known issue that quicken could have left us know about so we didn't waste our time trying to fix it. Bill pay does not work! This is unacceptable!!
