Loan Payment Reminder

Question

Using Quicken 2017 on Windows 11 Home, I am trying to set up an auto loan.  I get to Your Loan Reminder window.  The next window is Loan Payment Reminder.  After filling in all of the necessary info I select Done, which puts me back to the Your Loan Reminder window.  Choosing Next here puts me back to Loan Payment Reminder and I am now in an endless loop.  Anybody know how to solve this issue?

Thank you for your interest in this issue.  Here is a series of windows shots while trying to create a new loan.  Windows 3 & 4 repeat endlessly with selection of Next and Done.

I'm not entirely following what's happening. Can you please go thru your process and provide step-by-step graphics (JPG or GIF formats, please) of what you're seeing and what you're doing?
